Had the best weekend! Tammie was sooo amazing and made us feel right at home. The cabin was immaculate and we had everything we needed. We rented a boat and had the best time. Will definitely be back 🙂

Unfortunately, we had to leave this wonderful bit of Gods creation today. Julie and I truly loved our 5 short days fishing and relaxing. We loved the scenery and the fishing, while not in the prime time…was still good! See you next year!

Friendly and very helping staff. Tammie is great! Cottages and land are very clean. Has a boat launch right next to the docks. Wood is supplied for the fire pits. A very quiet place. Fishing on the river, all I heard was nature and the river rapids. Wi-Fi is available at and around the main lodge, but I didn’t really care. This was my first time going there, but I am planning on going again next summer. What a great place to unwind, relax, and unplug from today’s technologies. 5 star all the way!

We have made it a family tradition to spend our vacation at Vermilion River Cottages because it is our children’s favorite place to be! As a family, we enjoy hiking, canoeing, fishing, swimming in the lake, campfires and just being in nature. There are unique tourist attractions close by also (like the bear sanctuary that we all enjoyed in Ore). In the busyness of today’s world, it is priceless to be able to sit back, relax and enjoy the great outdoors with family and friends!

In August my family stayed at the Vermillion River Cottages Resort. The cabins were clean and comfortable and had all the ammenties of home. There was always someone there to answer questions. They have boats to rent a paddle boat for use. All in all it was a very wonderful experience and we are planning to go back again in the summer of 2013.

VRC Is a wonderful place for a vacation! My husband and I enjoy the beautiful scenery, cabins that are clean and comfortable, plus the many activities available at a peaceful pace. A time for just the two of us to reconnect. We have also enjoyed bringing our children and grandchildren to VRC (at their request) for family reunions with everyone finding activities to have fun doing. Everyone of all ages absorb the wilderness atmosphere with the comforts of home.
